If you haven’t already, go HERE to create a unique login. Be sure to use the email address you use with us, so that your bookings will link properly. Once in, you’ll be able to see your date requests, upcoming booked dates, and be able to cancel dates!

First you’ll go to the bottom of this page and submit your $35 onboarding fee.
Next, you’ll request dates for the markets you want! More info on that below!

During our booking window, you’ll select dates that you’d like to be in the market. We will curate the market rosters and may then extend an offer for certain dates. You must then accept or deny those dates following a link emailed to you. Requesting dates does not mean you get to participate, you must be invited.
If it is outside the booking window, we will review your request and if we can fit you in, we will reach out!

Artisans are responsible for their entire setup (canopy, tables, chairs, etc.) Check out the SOP for the market you’re attending (in the vendor portal) and upon arrival, the market manager will guide you to your spot.

At our West Hollywood market we are only allowed to have artisans who live (or make their craft) within West Hollywood city limits. Proof of residence will be required, and there are no exceptions. Please do not submit date requests for WH if this does not apply to you!

If you need to cancel, go into your Personal Artisan Portal and cancel. Click HERE for a guide on how to cancel.
You no longer will email us to cancel. Cancellation policies are on the main page of the vendor portal.

We are a rain or shine market! Attendance is expected. Inclement weather does not warrant an excuse for not showing up.
Any safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled by our team.

If you submit dates outside the booking window, you’ll be automatically waitlisted. On the week of the market, if we have an opening, we will reach out to everyone on the waitlist to attempt to fill the spot.
Current Minimum Fees
All fees include $2 state fee. You’ll either pay 12% of your sales or your minimum fee, whichever is higher.

Newport spring Q Residency!

The city of Newport Beach is more strictly enforcing their permitting laws for artisans. There are only two types of permits offered: Annual, and 6 consecutive days. Artisans at our Newport Beach market must have this permit.

The minimum bid per spot is $100 unless otherwise indicated on the map.
Spot offers will be sent by Friday 8/9.

You may increase your bid by $1 or more to indicate which spots you prefer.
If you want 2 spots together (meaning 20ft of space) please indicate that in the notes.

Residents get 2 free absences in the quarter IF they proclaim their dates in the initial booking agreement.
All other absences fall under our typical absence policies (found on the main vendor portal page.)

If you don’t want a permanent spot, choose “Fill In”.
After permanent spots are offered, we will open up the dates to request. More details will come through email after offers have been made.

If you are on the fill in list, you’ll get an email any time we have an open spot. You are not booked for a date until we have confirmed your expected attendance through email.

Quarterly residents in CM have a reduced flat fee of $25 per week (instead of the normal $40 minimum!)
