We are Farmers First! We work to curate our markets to benefit local farmers!
ARE YOU A FOOD VENDOR?

At most of our markets we support two types of food vendors: Prepackaged and Prepared Food Onsite.
We are looking for food vendors who support and source from local farmers as much as possible!
Prepackaged food vendors must operate under Cottage Food Law, or produce in a commercial kitchen, ideally here in Southern California.
ARE YOU AN ARTISAN?

We are looking for artists and crafters that make what they sell, here in California!
Some common crafter types are: Ceramicists, Artists, Candlemakers, Jewelry Makers, Wood Workers, Pet Treats etc… but we are always looking for something UNIQUE!
ARE YOU AN ENTERTAINER?

We are looking for entertainers to bring their sounds to our markets!
We accept singers, musicians, djs, etc… Show us what you’ve got!
The most successful entertainers are upbeat and keep the crowds interested!
ARE YOU A LOCAL BUSINESS?

We are looking for local business partners!
As a local business you will not make any sales in the market, but will be promoting your business.
We are looking for local, small businesses, trying to get their name out in the community!

Fill out an application above! We receive hundreds of applications so be sure to complete the appropriate application thoroughly. This is your audition!
Now it’s time to wait! Due to the amount of applications we receive it can take a couple months for us to review your application and respond. Please be patient, we promise we will reach out to you!
Artisans - $5 fee for reviewing and processing the application. This does not guarantee acceptance onto our roster.
Food - $25 processing fee for onboarding (once invited to participate.)
Farmers - No application nor onboarding fees
Market participants pay a fee based on a percentage of their sales for that particular day. There is also a pre-established minimum fee that must be paid. Minimums and percentages are based on type of business, market, and amount of space you utilize. Minimum fees range from $40 - $120 per market. Fees/percentages will be established once you’re accepted onto our roster.

Submit vendor application
Once accepted - complete new vendor paperwork
Obtain necessary permits (Farmers - Certified Producer’s Certificate, Food - Temporary Food Facility permit)
Submit insurance (Farm Habit added as additional insured to your General Liability Insurance policy)
Vendors must supply their own equipment, including but not limited to:
Pop up canopy, tables, chairs
Banner with Business info
Canopy weights (required due to wind)
Labels for prepackaged food
Pricing signs (Farmers)
Cash handling equipment, POS system, etc
Scale, registered and sealed within previous 12 months (Farmers only)
We do not allow vendors to hand out T Shirt Bags (thin plastic bags with handles)
If you sample or prepare food you must have:
Hand washing station (warm water in an insulated container with a spout, bucket to catch the wastewater, liquid pump soap, and paper towels)
Disposable single use gloves
Disposable utensils for samples
Trash bin
IF YOU PREP FOOD ON SITE YOU MUST ALSO HAVE:
Functional three compartment sink, potable water, 4 mesh walls, fire extinguisher, secured propane tank
It is the responsibility of vendors to comply with the regulatory agencies that govern their respective businesses. We do not collect or keep business licenses for vendors.
