See the Specialized Food Services Program (S.F.S) contact information below. Here are more informations to apply for a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit:

  • Vendors should visit the Community Events page of the Health Department for you will find info here and the form here. 

    • Vendors are to complete the Community Event Temporary Food Facility Application and submit to S.F.S. for approval.

    • Vendors must indicate the location of their food preparation site by providing their active Public Health Permit (or completing Sharing a Permitted Food Facility Agreement Form

    • A copy of the applicant’s government-issued identification must be attached to the application. 

  • Vendors may submit applications to the Specialized Food Services Program via email to ehsfs@ph.lacounty.gov
